Description - Description: 2.1. As part of our Pre Construction phase, we require a suitably experienced Contractor to carry out our Clearances and Clean of Empty Homes. Clearances will be expected to be carried out both internally and externally of the outgoing c ustomers possessions and/or fly tipping, this will also involve the Clearance of items from the loft space and any/all outhouses. Cleaning services will be required as and when directed by a BHA appointed person prior to colleagues entering the property (Builders Clean) or once works are complete (Sparkle Clean).
