Description - Berlin Lake Mill Creek Recreation Area – Wastewater Treatment Facility Replacement Project Berlin Lake, Mahoning County, Ohio The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, is carrying out a Project to replace the existing Wastewate r Treatment Facility (WWTF) at the location referenced above.  Work is to be performed entirely on Government property which consists of a public campground, two USACE field offices, and the existing WWTF.  The campground is open annually from mid-May to mid-September, while the two USACE field offices are open year-round.  The Government currently operates the existing 30,000 gallon per day (gpd) WWTF year-round and will need continuous acces
