Description - Description: Berlin Lake Sewer Treatment Plant ReplacementBerlin Lake, Berlin Center, PennsylvaniaThe U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, is carrying out a Project to replace the existing Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) at the location referenced above.
