Description - The RCO-Wiesbaden is soliciting a non-personal services(s) contract to provide to the United States Army Garrison - Wiesbaden, Germany, Berlin Airlift 75th Anniversary Celebration aircraft display and flight program.  Objective: The Contractor shal l provide a minimum of fifteen (15) and maximum of twenty (20) total aircrafts for static display, and a flight program consisting of the following: precision parachute jumps, close formation flight demonstrations, and a low-level airdrop (“candy drop”).
