Description - Description: The City of Burnside is undertaking the Kensington Park Grandstand Fire Safety Upgrade as part of its 2025/26 Capital Works Program. This project responds to recommendations from the Burnside Fire Safety Committee.The upgrade involves th e installation of new fire safety infrastructure within the Kensington Park Grandstand, a facility currently leased by Pembroke School and used for both educational and public purposes. Offices and classrooms located beneath the grandstand will be directly impacted by the works.
