Description - The intent of this solicitation is to select one (1) contractor for the construction of the base perimeter security fence and security patrol road on Rygge Air Station, Norway. The project consists of a base perimeter fence which will be a Type A wel ded wire mesh fencing surmounted by 3-strands of barbed wire with an outward facing 45-degree angled outrigger, signage, and clear zones. The base perimeter fence covers areas of irregular terrain. Work also includes an unpaved (gravel) security patrol road.
