Description - Description: The project is to replace the existing culvert that was at the end of its service life. Interested tenderers are to submit a detailed methodology of constructing the culverts keeping the road open to traffic as road closure is not an opt ion. Council however would support night works in case the tenderer would like to use that as an option. Due to Fisheries permit conditions a bypass cannot be constructed to divert traffic while the replacement works are ongoing.
