Description - Description: The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES TO PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A REPAIR/MODIFICATION WORK PACKAGE FOR NAVY BARGE IN AC CORDANCE WITH STATEMENT OF WORK.
