Description - This Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is being issued by the Société de l’Aéroport de Luxembourg S.A. This RFQ formally requests tenderers to submit an application to prequalify themselves for the proposal phase of the tender for the provis ion of ground handling services (CARGO).
