Description - THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS. THIS PROJECT IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), BEST VALUE TRADEOFF SOLICITATION. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220. The new fuel storage facil ity will provide a minimum of 300,000 gallons of fuel storage. Three nominally 100,000-gallon factory fabricated storage tanks will be provided to meet this requirement. The three storage tanks will be placed on a curbed foundation slab for containment of small drips and spills.
