Description - The purpose of this contract is to appoint an auditor and a substitute auditor for the financial years 2023 to 2028 inclusive. The statutory auditor works: - on the annual accounts of the CCI; - on the annual accounts of its CFA ;-on the consolidated annual accounts, ultimately consolidated at the regional level (CCI Nouvelle Aquitaine)-he will also be required to produce additional certificates, in particular with regard to the financial elements relating to subsidized projects, which fall within this contract and will not give rise to additional invoicing.
