Description - Description: The subject of this public order is the delivery of an atomic layer deposition (ALD) system that will be used in the CEITEC Nano laboratory. The device applies (deposits) thin layers in monolayers on different types of materials. It will make it possible to deposit oxides (Al2O3, TiO2, SiO2), nitrides (AlN,TiN), sulfides (ZnS,WS2) and pure metals (Pt, Fe).
