Description - Description: The USDA Forest Service intends to issue a firm-fixed-price, sole-source award to replace the current DDC controller in the Athens North Building. The current controller is obsolete and must be replaced with a new model with all the nece ssary components. The North Building is a 27,934 square-foot building, constructed in 1968.
