Description - Asbestos and PAH research in road coatings: As part of maintenance, works, or making its works accessible, the SMTD intervenes very regularly on roads in public domains and/or plots of land which it owns . To implement these various works, the SMTD i ntervenes either as project owner or as project manager. As such, and in accordance with the ministerial circular of May 15, 2013, the project owners are in the obligation to carry out samples and analyzes on materials from coated pavements in order to unseal the presence or absence of asbestos.
