Description - Armenia Resilience Activity will strengthen Armenia’s resilience by strengthening the country’s key systems against a wide range of potential threats. This will be a single holder IDIQ contract with a period of performance (PoP) of seven years pr ocured through full and open competition.  The activity will decrease Armenia’s vulnerability to disruptive events and strengthen its ability for quick recovery by addressing systemic inefficiencies in the following areas: natural resource management; disaster risk management; agriculture, food security, and food production systems; energy systems; climate resilient infrastructure; community resilience; and the resilience of economic governanc
