Description - Description Grand River Hospital, Cambridge Memorial Hospital, and St. Mary’s General Hospital are searching for Architectural firms that they can partner with.  The successful Proponents must be able to meet the Hospital’s architectural nee ds either through in house expertise or through a sub-contractor. The successful Proponents would be required to coordinate all sub-contractors under the architectural consulting services contract. At the start of every project an estimate will be provided to the hospital indicating the anticipated hours for each resource from the standard fee structure established in the architectural consulting services contract, as well as an anticipated total
