Description - Description: This procurement refers to framework agreements for architectural services, interior design services and overall strategic services for all Stockholm universities.In addition to current need for services in normal operations, a local opt imization project that affects Stockholm University's rented premises is also underway. The purpose of the local optimization project is to reduce the rented areas by improving the use of the local stock. The project is expected to continue until 2034 and entails a large number of relocation and operational adjustments as well as renovation of the Södra house.The procurement is divided into three sub -areas:• Sub -area 1: Södra Frescati, Alba
