Description - Description: The IDA is seeking proposals for the design and delivery of four concept manufacturing buildings. Each building must have a gross floor area between 30,000 and 50,000 square feet. In addition, each building must be designed to accommodat e a future extension of up to 50 percent of its original size. This extension must meet all the same requirements as the original building (previously delivered), including compliance with NZEB and ZEB standards, sustainability targets, and design principles.
