Description - Description The Contracting Authority is looking for a combination of an architect and constructor who will jointly carry out the design, technical development and supervision of a new school building, daycare center and gymnasium. The gross new cons truction area for this school is approximately 2600 m2 GFA for the education function, approximately 650 m2 for the after-school care and childcare function, and for a gymnasium with additional facilities approximately 680 m2 GFA, a total of 3930 m2 GFA.
