Description - Description: The current contract with the API Connect solution of IBM, runs by operation of law dated 31-12-2026. This means that from January 1, 2027, the client can no longer use API Connect and stop services. Since the need for an API management solution remains after this date, the client must act functionally. A different API management solution can come from the tender than API Connect from IBM. For this reason, the client must take into account a period for the realization, configuration and migration to a new solution. It was therefore decided to publish a tender at the latest in Q2 2025, taking into account 1 year realization of the solution to be acquired and an ½ year migration
