Description - Description: TVT Asunnot Oy requests offers for apartment repairs for the contract period ending on 14.12.2027. The acquisition applies to apartment repairs, which are made in both populated and empty apartments. The works are varying degrees of pain ting, floor covering and equipment repair, as well as renewals for furniture, waterproofing and tiling, as well as repairs to HVAC and other building components. Renovation of entire houses and other comprehensive repairs are not included in this acquisition.About 2,000 work is done every year. The total value of the acquisition is approximately EUR 8,000,000/year (incl. VAT 25.5 %). An estimate of the amount or value of the repair is not bonded
