Description - Description: It is desired to purchase the solution for the protection of bituminous amors (antitracking), which aims to protect bituminous amors of dust and other impurities, increase the adhesive and the intact storage of the bituminous primer. The duration of this contract is 12 months. The contracting parties have the right, during the fulfillment of the contract, to agree to modify the clauses of the contract, by an additional act, including in the case of circumstances that harm their legitimate commercial interests and which could not be provided on the date of the contract, under the conditions of art. 221 of Law no.98/2016 on public procurement.
