Description - This is a RFI (Request for Information).The University of Bergen (UiB) has started a project on the alteration of a local heating installation that serves 6 buildings at Nygårdshøyden with termal energy. The existing local heating installation curr ently has district heating from BKK as its primary energy source. This is to be converted to heat pumps that obtain water from the sea. The project will be procured as a general contract, but we are currently uncertain as to whether the heat pumps are to be procured as a separate contract or as part of the general contract.The aim of the market survey is to give us as the contracting authority a broader decision basis for the assessment of how to
