Description - Description: The contracting authority intends to enter into an ongoing service agreement for statutory annual inspections of fire alarm systems and emergency lights (guiding systems). The systems shall be inspected in accordance with the current sta ndards and regulations. The contracting authority ́s need consists primarily of inspections and service of existing installations and, thus, improvements to defects uncovered by the inspections. We have, based on figures from 1 May 2025, prepared an estimate of the need for completed inspections in the years to come, see annex 10 - Building overview fire and emergency lighting installations 2025.
