Description - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure crane inspection service, on a sole source basis with Seatrax, Inc in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold and only one source reasonably available. It is estimated that the requirement will extend past the base period into two (2) option years.The option periods extend form 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026.
