Description - The holder of the framework agreement is informed that the Center Hospitalier Alpes Léman, supporting establishment of the GHT Léman Mont Blanc, enters into the framework agreement within the framework of its legal competence (article L.6132-2-5°a ) of the Public Health Code) for the benefit of establishments that are beneficiaries of the GHT. As such, the supporting establishment conducts the award procedure and signs the framework agreement on its behalf and that of the beneficiary party establishments.
