Description - Description: Within the SPRB, the current multi -year budget and staff planning process is fragmented and non -standardized. Each administration uses its own working tools and methods. The data is exported to Excel files, adapted to the expected stru cture and loaded in different tools, which creates confusion as to the source of forecasts and simulations. This mission aims to examine how to develop a uniform working method and what tools would be appropriate for this purpose. The study focuses on three cases of representatives involving four administrations: Brussels Synergie, Finance and Budget, Local Powers and Connect IT.
