Description - Description: The Institute of Chemical Science and Engineering (ISIC) of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) wishes to acquire an atomic force microscope (AFM) for research in materials chemistry. The instrument must be capab le of high-resolution imaging and high-sensitivity force spectroscopy. The instrument must include controller and software for AFM, KPFM, C-AFM and calibrated nanomechanical properties.
