Description - Description: The maintenance construction and fence contract includes all construction and yard work (except asphalting) in the scope shown on the contract area map.The maintenance building is a 120 m2 wooden frame semi-heated 1-story warehouse build ing. The foundation consists of an edge-reinforced concrete slab. The maintenance building houses the park workers' storage space, Amospuisto's public toilets and a kiosk. A terrace will be built in front of the building, which will serve the public. There are lift doors at the back that lead to the storage area. The backyard will be protected from view, as a 2-meter high solid wooden fence will be built to the extent shown in the station drawing
