The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area Office has a construction requirement for parking lot sealing and re-striping of tr affic markings at USDA-ARS-PWA Daniel K. Inouye US Pac Basin, 64 Nowelo Street and 928 Stainback Highway, Hilo HI 97620.
