Description - The Boston VA Healthcare System has a requirement for Medical Gas Testing and Inspections. The vendor shall perform the annual medical gas inspections per NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities - prior to use of any medical gas piping system for patient care , the facility shall ensure that all tests required have been successfully conducted and permanent records of the testing is maintained in the facility required for Joint Commission. Amendment 0001 - Provide Inspection Reports for each facility.
