Description - Description: Notice of Intent to Sole Source. This Notice of Intent is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.101(a)(1). The United States Air Force (USAF), 509 Contracting Squadron, intends to award a sole source (Only One Res ponsible Source) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to ADB Safegate. The purpose of this contract is to refresh the existing hardware as part of the Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) at Whiteman AFB. Whiteman currently utilizes ADB Safegate equipment and software. Market research revealed that no other manufacturer would be able to provide the require computer upgrade. Award will be made directly to ADB Safegate IAW FAR 13.106-
