Description - This notice is for the issuance of the DRAFT Request for Proposal (DRFP) as well as the notice for a Pre-Solicitation Conference in support of the Presidential Helicopters Program aircraft maintenance and modification services effort.  This notice i s related to Sources Sought N00019-23-RFPREQ-APM274-0221. This DRFP and Pre-Solicitation Conference is to engage industry to better inform acquisition decisions.  The DRFP will be released in PIEE on 21 March 2024 no later than 1600 EDT.  The DRFP is unclassified with attachments that are Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Distribution Statement D.
