Description - Description: Air passenger transport services, with travel-carding by purchasing air tickets necessary for passenger/props (luggage), participants in festivals and artistic tournaments. Framework agreement with maximum 5 economic operators will be co ncluded, and subsequently subsequent contracts in compliance with the elements/conditions stipulated in the framework agreement, by resuming the competition between all the economic operators signatory of the framework agreement.
