Description - Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of individual advisory services for each of 400 employers participating in the project entitled "Employees - the best investment for the company 2.0". The advisory service for each employer wi ll consist of two stages: a) stage I covering individual advisory support in the field of diagnosis and analysis of the company's situation, as well as developing an individual age management strategy (SZW) together with a proposal to support under the project, b) Stage II covering individual advisory support in the field of SZW implementation, including the design and implementation of staffing processes and tools supporting employee management,
