Description - DescriptionTo gain a comprehensive understanding of labor market outcomes and challenges encountered by individuals in Kenya's fisheries sector, particularly focusing on women, as well as to assess the sector's adaptability to climate change, the mai n objective of this activity is to conduct a georeferenced household survey. The survey will be conducted in eight lake/river counties and six coastal counties. By concentrating on these specific 12 coastal and inland communities, the survey will yield more comprehensive and detailed data regarding labor market dynamics within the fisheries sector. This, in turn, will enable us to address critical issues and tailor interventions more effectively.
