Description - During the winter of 2023/spring of 2024, Halmstad municipality will procure a contractor for the new construction of the Söderskolan within property Grade 4 in the Kattegatt area. The project includes the construction of a new school with 750 stude nt places for F-9 and 45 student places in an adapted elementary school. The school contains a sports hall and a cooking kitchen. The new building corresponds to approx. 14,000 m2 BTA school. The contract also includes replacing existing detached shelters with new, approx. 500 shelter places.
