Description - Description: Framework contract (= order assignment) for the appointment of an architect in the context of a provision of advice or in the context of maintenance works and/or restoration works on buildings with heritage value where the municipality o f Rijkevorsel is the commissioning administration. On call, the municipality will always call on the contractor who is assigned the framework contract through individual sub -assignments. An order form will always be transferred by the municipality to the contractor. The contractor must implement the ordered sub -assignment taking into account the provisions of this specifications as well as the specified fee percentages and implementation times.
