Description - Description: The AOK Lower Saxony intends to re-arrange Annex 3 (remuneration) to the contract for the provision of tracheostomized and/or laryngectomized patients with aids in accordance with Section 127 Paragraph 1 SGB V. The nature of the products and services can be found in the product description of the resource directory in accordance with Section 139 SGB V. AOK Niedersachsen is prepared to conduct contract negotiations with any interested service provider who is prequalified in accordance with Section 126 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 SGB V. The contract does not contain any entitlement to carry out a specific number of cares for those with statutory health insurance or a specific delivery
