Description - Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a contract with fixed price and cost type line items to Leonardo, United Kingdom. The contract will procure a best estimated quantity of appro ximately 3,000 - 6,000 Active Expendable Decoys (AED) per year, as well as spare impulse cartridges, related support equipment and repairs, and field service representative support for the F-35, F-18, and other USG platforms.
