Description - The purpose of this solicitation is to award a contract to one vendor to obtain contractor support with the knowledge, skills and abilities to implement FDIC's Acqusition System Next Generation Contract Writing solution using modular, agile, and huma n centered design approaches. Given the imperative that the FDIC “innovate with less,” it is essential that the Contractor take advantage of modular approaches to derive the benefits articulated throughout this SOO.
