Description - The purpose of these markets is the purchase of various foodstuffs (dry groceries, frozen foods and non-alcoholic drinks) for the City of Levallois. They are subject to the Public Order Code, referred to as “the Code”. Qualified as supply contrac ts, they are governed by the provisions of the CCAG applicable to public contracts for Current Supplies and Services approved by Order of March 30, 2021.
