Description - Acquisition of Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) Access Agreements Synopsis: SaskTel’s FTTP MDU Program requires that fibre optic cable be placed with MDUs. In order for SaskTel to accurately maintain and provision services over fibre, SaskTel must maintai n ownership of the fibre optic distribution wire inside the MDUs. The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications (CRTC) stipulates that an Access Agreement between SaskTel and the MDU owners must be established, signed by both parties and then made publicly accessible. SaskTel seeks the services of a suitable Supplier that will provide all administrative and acquisition activities in order to secure the required building Access Agreements.
