Description - Description: The client is carrying out an open tender to acquire a contractor for the establishment of water-borne heating with energy wells for St. John's church. Refer to the tender document's appendices 1 and 2 for descriptions and drawings of th e contract works. The works will be carried out as a turnkey contract based on NS 8407. The start of the works is immediately after signing the contract. That the project can be carried out quickly will be a competitive advantage for the tenderer, cf. point 6 award criteria.
