Description - NID needs a laboratory management system that adapts to them and the clients' needs. The system shall be used to process requests for laboratory examinations, documentation of examinations and outgoing reports to the client. The system that is acquir ed must be delivered and operated by the Supplier as a Software as a Service (SaaS) System. In addition, there is a need for the system that is acquired to have integration with NID's archive system so that the reports are archived. The supplier must take responsibility for operation, maintenance and security of the system and underlying infrastructure.
