Description - Description: This contract is awarded in accordance with articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1°, R. 2123-4 and R. 2123-6 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders. This contract is established for a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of the financial purchase order issued by the public buyer. The market has two tranches with two options; A firm tranche: acquisition and delivery of 5 used utility vehicles and an optional tranche 1 (TO 1): acquisition and delivery of a used city vehicle and optional tranche 2 (TO2): a double tipper utility vehicle cabin. Financing: Alès Agglomération's own funds. No financial guarantee clause will be applied.
