Description - The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, has a requirement for the purchase and installation of an above-ground 60,000-gallon water storage tank at Moore Air Base, Edinburg, Texas.  The scope of work includes: Installation of tank foundation, including concrete supports for pipe, pumps, guardrails, ladders, piping (interior or exterior) and piping brackets,   Installation of other equipment attached to the tank, including alarms, gauges, heating equipment, controls, communication, electrical wiring, and lightning protection.
