Description - Description: UCalgary intends to purchase the MaxCyte ExPERT GTx™ Scalable Transfection System from Maxcyte for gene editing protocols for both gene therapy and to make CAR-T cells. UCalgary will need to be able to scale up for clinical trials, suc h that we can produce adequate amounts of edited cells in a single run.
