Description - Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued on behalf of the Faculty of Medicine. The University is inviting qualified and experienced firms to provide a Multi-tenant Digital Health Platform to deliver evidence-based lifestyle interv entions to individuals living with chronic conditions. The platform will have two (2) main user groups, healthcare professionals and patients.
