Description - Description: The Town of Okotoks (the Town) is seeking an appropriate and qualified consultant to conduct a property condition assessment and a feasibility study for short- and long-term capital projects for the reduction of greenhouse gases for sele ct community facilities while mapping out a course to extend the life of these facilities and reduce operating and maintenance costs.
